ANKUR CHEMFOOD PRODUCTS (GUJ.) LTD is INDIA's leading salt company engaged in manufacturing, marketing & exporting of Triple Refined Free Flow Iodised and Industrial salt,sutuated at Chopadava village near Kandla Port, Gujarat. The company belongs to a reputed group having stake in diversified industries, with group turnover of more than $50 m.

The company's plant is situated at road facing location on national Highway no 8A at Village Chopadava (Salt City). It is just 5kms away from chirai Railway station & 30 KMs. away from KANDLA, a major port of INDIA. Thus connectivity to all modes of transporatation makes it capable to transport huge quantity of its products through out the world.

Prioduction Capacity
The Company's production capacity is 4 Lac MTs per annum of Refined Free Flow Salt, appox. 1400 MT per day, which is the highest in the field of Refined Salt in INDIA. Thus company is very well equipped and capable to meet with the requirements of huge quantity of any kind of Salt ordered by its customers within stipulated time.
 
Quality

The products of the company are well known for it’s best quality. Company’s own brand “ANKUR” has become the only choice of the best quality salt users since long time. The Bureau of Indian Standards has endorsed the quality of product & licensed the Company for using “ISI” mark on its products. Thus company’s products are conformed to IS-7224 standard. The International Council for control of Iodine Deficiency Disorders (ICCIDD) has also
Endorsed the products of Company for Maintaining appropriate level of Iodine and Excellent Quality of products.

As a results of continuous R&D, the company has recently launched two new products i.e. DOUBLE FORTIFIED SALT & LOW SODIUM SALT.

Double Fortified Salt is Iodised Salt enriched with IRON and conforms to the IS 12981 Standards and hold ISI mark. It is only
Products pf its kind introduced in Indian Market.

Low Sodium Salt is a special products with 15% lower sodium than ordinary salt.

The Company has in-house laboratory with latest testing equipments and quality control process with competitive man power which constantly and consistenly monitor quality of its products.
